Non-Refundable
All vouchers are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
Not Exchangeable for Cash
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
Validity Period
All vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Extension Policy
Extension requests must be made before the expiry date. Requests made after expiry will not be accepted. All extensions are subject to management approval.
Redemption Requirement
The original physical voucher must be presented at the time of redemption. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced vouchers.
Expired Vouchers
